More About Me

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My faith in Jesus Christ and my family are the most important things in my life.

My parents have been in and out of debt for years. Seeing my parents struggle with debt caused me to choose a different path. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree, no debt, and several thousand dollars in the bank.

I have never been in debt, and I can show you how to live a debt-free life.

I love learning about money and relationships and using that knowledge to help others.

What is Family Life Education?

The National Council on Family Relations defines Family Life Education as, “the professional practice of equipping and empowering family members to develop knowledge and skills that enhance well-being and strengthen interpersonal relationships through an educational, preventive, and strengths-based approach.”

In other words, I educate you about topics such as money management, healthy relationships, and marriage enrichment, to help you strengthen yourself and your relationships to prevent or minimize problems.

Podcast

On this podcast, I share stories, scriptures, words of the prophets, and research to help you, Latter-day Saint parents, teach your teens and create a financial legacy of self-reliance.

The podcast also includes interviews with specialists in their field about their careers, what they do, how much they earn, what they like and dislike about their jobs, and what education path they took to get to where they are. This is to help your teens discover what career they want to pursue. This will help them on their journey of living a debt-free life.
